What to include in your message
A reproducible report is the fastest starting point
Include the browser and device type, the layout and export format you selected, what you expected, and what happened. If a sample is necessary, create a non-sensitive fixture rather than sending a private original.
Email is the project’s published contact channel. The visible address and mail link are verified in the site output, but this page does not promise a response time or claim that mailbox delivery has been tested.
